Was erwartet dich?
- Du bearbeitest und verfolgst Kundenreklamationen (intern/extern) nach
- Du kommunizierst mit Kund:innen, Lieferant:innen und internen Fachabteilungen zur Klärung von Sachverhalten
- Du dokumentierst, erfasst und pflegst Reklamationsdaten im ERP-System
- Du führst Ursachenanalysen durch und leitest Korrekturmaßnahmen ein
- Du wirkst bei Qualitäts- und Prozessverbesserungen mit und erstellst Berichte

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technisch-kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Du hast Erfahrung in der Reklamationsbearbeitung oder im Kundenservice
- Du verfügst über ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Konfliktlösungsfähigkeiten
- Du denkst analytisch, arbeitest strukturiert und bist zuverlässig
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit MS Office und hast idealerweise Erfahrung mit ERP-/CRM-Systemen

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
