Was erwartet dich?
- Du disponierst Fertigwaren termingerecht und bedarfsorientiert
- Du planst und steuerst Warenausgänge im Tagesgeschäft
- Du koordinierst Transporte mit Speditionen und Frachtführern
- Du bist die kommunikative Schnittstelle zwischen Einkauf, Produktion, Lager, Versand und externen Logistikpartnern
- Du stimmst Liefertermine und Transportkapazitäten ab und bearbeitest Lieferverzögerungen oder Transportschäden
- Du pflegst Materialstammdaten, Lieferpläne und Transportaufträge im ERP-System und erstellst Versandpapiere, Lieferscheine und Zolldokumente für nationale und internationale Lieferungen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Spedition, Logistik oder Industrie oder bringst Erfahrung aus einer vergleichbaren Tätigkeit mit
- Du hast fundierte Kenntnisse in der Exportabwicklung und Zollpraxis
- Du bringst Erfahrung im Umgang mit ATLAS sowie Kenntnisse in Incoterms, Zolltarifierung und Exportkontrolle mit
- Du besitzt die Fähigkeit, Probleme schnell zu erkennen und effiziente Lösungen zu finden, um die Kundenzufriedenheit sicherzustellen
- Du arbeitest organisiert und zuverlässig, wodurch du einen reibungslosen Ablauf der Auftragsbearbeitung gewährleistest
- Du bewahrst in herausfordernden Situationen stets einen kühlen Kopf und begegnest unseren Kund:innen stets mit Freundlichkeit und Geduld

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
