Was erwartet dich?
- Du steuerst und koordinierst die Umsetzung von Photovoltaik-Projekten von Beginn an (Projektentwicklung) bis zur Fertigstellung (Netzanschluss)
- Du planst Termine und Personal für Projekte, Bauleiter und Bauteams
- Du stimmst dich mit den Auftraggebern, Architekt:innen und Ingenieur:innen ab
- Du beauftragst Dienstleister:innen nach Freigabe und koordinierst die Bereitstellung aller notwendigen Ressourcen (Komponenten, Genehmigungen)
- Du überwachst den Baufortschritt, die termingerechte Abwicklung und das Einhalten der Projektbudgets
- Du erkennst und dokumentierst Nachträge und Mehrverbrauch, überwachst und kontrollierst die Bauausführung nach den geltenden technischen Regeln, erkennst und verfolgst Mängel und prüfst die Baudokumentation (Bautageberichte, Flashlist Module, Lieferscheine der Bauleiter) zur Übergabe an die Kund:innen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation im Bauingenieurwesen, Elektroingenieurwesen, Versorgungstechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Projekt- und Planungsmanagement oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
- Du bringst idealerweise Berufserfahrung mit eigener Projektverantwortung mit und hast Freude an der Übernahme von Verantwortung
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit MS-Office-Anwendungen (Word, Excel, Outlook) und CRM-Systemen
- Du kommunizierst wertschätzend mündlich und schriftlich und bringst Teamgeist und Organisationsfähigkeit mit
- Du arbeitest zielorientiert mit viel Pragmatismus, Problemlösungskompetenz und einer guten Portion Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
