Was erwartet dich?
- Du betreust und entwickelst bestehende B2B-Kund:innen weiter, erstellst Angebote, fasst nach und schließt ab
- Du pflegst Preislisten, Stammdaten und Artikelspezifikationen und erstellst Sales-Dokumente
- Du akquirierst proaktiv passende Neukund:innen in definierten Zielmärkten und terminierst Gespräche
- Du führst Forecasts durch, pflegst die Pipeline und erstellst kurzes, strukturiertes Reporting
- Du wickelst Aufträge End-to-End ab, prüfst Aufträge und verfolgst Termine
- Du steuerst die Logistik, buchst Transporte und erstellst Versand- und Exportdokumente
- Du managst Qualität und Dokumentation, einschließlich Spezifikationen, Analysen, Zertifikate, Konformitätserklärungen und Kund:Innenfragebögen
- Du fungierst als Schnittstelle zwischen Produktion, Lager, Laboren, Speditionen und Kund:innen und löst Eskalationen pragmatisch
- Du pflegst und strukturierst Daten im ERP und in Excel, sorgst für saubere Ablage und Checklisten

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung im internationalen B2B-Tagesgeschäft, z. B. im Inside Sales, in der Export-Sachbearbeitung oder im Customer Service
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein Studium in BWL, Außenhandel, Logistik oder einem ähnlichen Bereich
- Du bringst Praxis in der Auftragsabwicklung und Logistik mit
- Du arbeitest sorgfältig und strukturiert, hast einen hohen Qualitätsanspruch und Freude an Checklisten und klaren Prozessen
- Du bist kommunikationsstark am Telefon und per E-Mail und verbindlich in der Abstimmung mit vielen Schnittstellen
- Du bist sicher in MS-Office, besonders in Excel, und hast idealerweise Erfahrung mit ERP oder CRM
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mind. C1-Niveau), Spanisch ist von Vorteil

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
