- Du baust die Bereiche Werksstrukturplanung, Planung der Wertstromkette, Projektmanagement der Produktion, Produktionskonzepte und Automatisierung, Fertigungsprozess-Entwicklung, Maschinen- und Anlagenbau, Arbeitsvorbereitung und Arbeitsplatzgestaltung auf, führst und optimierst sie
- Du implementierst und optimierst stetig leistungsfähige Prozesse und stellst die Industrialisierung unserer Produkte sicher
- Du entwickelst Produktionsanlagen und -prozesse an den eigenen Standorten und bei strategischen Lieferanten weiter
- Du planst, organisierst und steuerst alle Projekte und Prozesse
- Du berichtest die Leistungen der einzelnen Teams ans C-Level und stellst die Investitionsplanung sowie die Durchführung von Capex-Reviews sicher
- Du implementierst einen Lean-Management-Ansatz in allen Teilen der Wertstromkette und arbeitest mit wichtigen Partner:innen und Kund:innen in den Werken zusammen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Produktionstechnik, Maschinenbau, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder einem vergleichbaren Abschluss
- Du verfügst über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Implementierung und Optimierung von Produktionsstandorten, -bereichen, -anlagen und -prozessen
- Du hast Führungserfahrung im Produktionsumfeld und im Anlagenbau, idealerweise international und in leitender Position
- Du besitzt fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Fertigungstechnik, Prozessoptimierung, Automatisierung, LEAN Management und Projektmanagement
- Du hast vertiefte Kenntnisse in IT-Tools aus den Bereichen MES, ERP und DMS
- Du zeichnest dich durch ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie hohe Zahlenaffinität aus und verfügst über analytisches, konzeptionelles und strategisches Denkvermögen

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
