- Du sorgst für eine reibungslose, qualitäts- und kostenbewusste Abwicklung des Bauvorhabens zum geplanten Termin
- Du übernimmst die fachliche Verantwortung für das Personal der eigenen Baustelle und hältst die Sicherheitsvorschriften für Geräte und Personal ein
- Du hältst die Zeitenlisten ein, prüfst sie und gibst qualifizierte Rückmeldungen zur Kalkulation an die Projektleiter
- Du unterstützt die Bauleitung und erteilst Arbeitsanweisungen an das unterstellte Personal
- Du planst die nächsten Arbeitsschritte voraus und führst die Stundenlisten der Baustellen, die du wöchentlich an den Innendienst übermittelst
- Du organisierst und optimierst die Fahrtwege zur Baustelle

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bist Polier (m/w/d) mit Praxiserfahrung und hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Hochbau
- Idealerweise bringst du mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung im genannten Bereich mit
- Du bringst ein hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbereitschaft, Zuverlässigkeit, Eigeninitiative und die Fähigkeit zum selbstständigen Arbeiten mit
- Du bist teamfähig und körperlich sowie gesundheitlich geeignet für Arbeiten in geschlossenen, offenen und hohen Gegebenheiten
- Du besitzt einen Führerschein der Klasse B

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
