Was erwartet dich?
- Du steuerst eigenverantwortlich die täglichen Abläufe auf unseren Hochbau-Baustellen und stellst die termin-, qualitäts- und kostengerechte Ausführung sicher.
- Du führst dein Baustellenteam fachlich, teilst die Aufgaben ein und bist der erste Ansprechpartner für die Einhaltung der Arbeitssicherheit.
- Du verantwortest die Baustellendokumentation, führst die Stundenlisten und lieferst der Projektleitung wichtige Rückmeldungen für die Nachkalkulation.
- In enger Abstimmung mit der Bauleitung koordinierst du den Einsatz von Personal, Geräten sowie Material und sorgst für eine optimale Baustellenlogistik.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Hochbau und bringst idealerweise mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung als Polier mit.
- Du übernimmst gerne Verantwortung, arbeitest eigeninitiativ und behältst auch bei komplexen Bauvorhaben den Überblick.
- Als kommunikationsstarker Teamplayer kannst du Arbeitsanweisungen klar vermitteln und deine Kolleg:innen motivieren.
- Die körperliche Arbeit auf der Baustelle, auch in der Höhe oder in geschlossenen Räumen, stellt für dich kein Problem dar.
- Du besitzt einen Führerschein der Klasse B.
- Für eine reibungslose Abstimmung im Team und mit Partnern sprichst du fließend Deutsch.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
