Ihre Aufgaben:
- Sie konzipieren und entwickeln das EMV-gerechte Elektronik- und Softwaredesign für unsere Positionssensoren – vom PCB-Layout (z.B. mit Altium) bis zur hardwarenahen Programmierung in C++.
- Sie übernehmen eigenständig die technische Projektverantwortung für kundenspezifische Lösungen und begleiten deren Entwicklung von der ersten Idee bis zur Serienreife.
- Sie verantworten den Aufbau, die Inbetriebnahme sowie das systematische Testen von Prototypen im Labor und erstellen die dazugehörige technische Produktdokumentation.
- Als zentrale Schnittstelle arbeiten Sie eng mit dem Technischen Marketing bei der Spezifikation und mit der Fertigung zur Sicherung der Produktqualität zusammen.
- Sie tauschen sich regelmäßig mit unserem Entwicklungsteam in den USA aus, um technologische Synergien zu nutzen und globale Produktstandards voranzutreiben.

Ihr Profil:
- Sie haben ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Elektrotechnik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung.
- Sie bringen mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Hardware-Entwicklung mit, idealerweise in der Steuerungs- oder Sensortechnik.
- Sie besitzen fundierte Kenntnisse im EMV-gerechten Design von analogen/digitalen Schaltungen sowie im PCB-Layout (z.B. mit Altium oder Pulsonix).
- Sie sind versiert in der Mikroprozessortechnik und der Embedded-Programmierung mit C/C++.
- Eine selbstständige, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit im Team und mit Kunden zeichnen Sie aus.
- Sie kommunizieren sicher auf Deutsch und Englisch, um sich auch mit unserem Team in den USA auszutauschen.
