Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bringst mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Projekt- oder Bauleitung TGA mit, vorzugsweise im Bestand oder bei GU/GÜ-Projekten
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Versorgungstechnik, Gebäudetechnik, Elektrotechnik oder einer vergleichbaren technischen Fachrichtung
- Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse in der technischen Gebäudeausrüstung (HLS, Elektro, MSR) und bist sicher im Umgang mit VOB/B, HOAI und relevanten Normen
- Du hast ein unternehmerisches Verständnis, bist verhandlungssicher und übernimmst hohe Eigenverantwortung
- Du arbeitest strukturiert und lösungsorientiert und besitzt Führungskompetenz im Umgang mit Nachunternehmern und Projektbeteiligten
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit MS Office, RIB iTWO oder vergleichbarer Bausoftware und bist regional mobil (Projekte im Raum Dortmund / Gelsenkirchen)

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
