- Sie haben eine 3-jährige technische Berufsausbildung mit einer erfolgreich abgeschlossenen Weiterbildung zum Meister/Techniker (m/w/d) oder ein abgeschlossenes technisches Studium (Bachelor)
- Sie verfügen über mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer Führungsposition mit Mitarbeitendenverantwortung im industriellen Umfeld
- Sie besitzen ausgeprägte Führungsqualitäten, Zuverlässigkeit, Flexibilität, Teamfähigkeit, Belastbarkeit, analytisches Denken und eine selbständige Arbeitsweise
- Sie haben fachliche Kompetenzen in Antriebstechnik, Regelungstechnik, Wäge- und Dosiertechnik, Pneumatik und Hydraulik
- Sie gehen sicher mit Normen und anerkannten Regeln der Technik um und haben fundierte Kenntnisse in EU-Richtlinien und nationaler Gesetzgebung bezogen auf das Aufgabengebiet
- Sie sind fähig, komplexe Abläufe zu analysieren und zu organisieren und haben ein hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein
- Sie sind routiniert im Umgang mit SAP, MS-Office-Software und Instandhaltungssoftware
- Sie verfügen über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
