Was erwartet Sie?

Sie leiten und führen die Abteilungen Quality-Control, Quality-Assurance & SHE verantwortlich
Sie tragen die Gesamtverantwortung für das Qualitätsmanagementsystem (QMS) gemäß GMP- und ISO-Anforderungen
Sie erstellen und kommunizieren Reports, Analysen und Statistiken
Sie stellen die Einhaltung rechtlicher und normativer Vorgaben in Bezug auf Arbeitssicherheit, Gesundheitsschutz und Umwelt sicher
Sie spezifizieren die Qualitätsanforderungen, leiten Prüfpläne für Rohstoffe und hergestellte Erzeugnisse ab und überwachen diese in allen Fertigungsstufen
Sie analysieren, entwickeln weiter und optimieren die Reklamationsbearbeitung zur Steigerung der Kundenzufriedenheit und Effizienz

Sie begleiten externe Audits und führen interne Audits im Rahmen von Quality & SHE durch
Sie stellen eine GMP- und FDA-konforme Dokumentation (SOPs, Arbeitsanweisungen, Prüfpläne etc.) sicher
Sie identifizieren Qualitätsdefizite, führen strukturierte Ursachenanalysen durch und setzen geeignete Maßnahmen bei Qualitätsproblemen und Kundenreklamationen um
Sie steuern Abweichungs-, CAPA- und Change-Control-Prozesse
Sie arbeiten eng mit Produktion, Technik, Entwicklung und Supply Chain zusammen, um eine Null-Fehler-Kultur zu fördern

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?

Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium im Bereich Kunststofftechnik, Chemieingenieurwesen, Biotechnologie oder mindestens eine Technikerausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
Sie verfügen über Berufserfahrung im Qualitätswesen innerhalb eines international tätigen Produktionsunternehmens, bevorzugt aus dem Bereich der Folienherstellung und/oder -veredelung
Sie haben Führungserfahrung sowie Kompetenz in Mitarbeiterentwicklung und Teamführung
Sie besitzen fundierte Kenntnisse der ISO 9001, ISO 15378, ISO14001, ISO 22000 sowie GMP
Sie haben Berufserfahrung auf den Gebieten Arbeitssicherheit, Gesundheit und Umweltschutz und Kenntnisse in HACCP sind von Vorteil
Sie sind routiniert im Umgang mit MS-Office-Software und haben SAP-Kenntnisse

Sie verfügen über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Sie haben ein analytisches Denkvermögen und eine konzeptionelle Arbeitsweise
Sie haben Erfahrungen in Projekt- und Change-Management
Sie besitzen ein ausgeprägtes Moderationsvermögen und Kommunikationsstärke
