Was erwartet dich?
- Du unterstützt maßgeblich beim Ausbau des Teams und übernimmst je nach Erfahrung sofort oder perspektivisch die Leitung
- Du betreust Deine Projekte eigenverantwortlich von der Akquise über die Planung, Genehmigung und den Bau bis zur Inbetriebnahme von Wind- und Photovoltaikprojekten. Dazu gehört unter anderem, dass Du Standorte für Wind- und PV-Freiflächenprojekte identifizierst und sicherst, Verträge mit Grundstückseigentümer:innen und Gemeinden verhandelst sowie Gutachter:innen und ausführende Firmen beauftragst
- Du betreust Genehmigungsanträge, koordinierst laufende Verfahren und erwirbst Genehmigungen
- Du hast während der gesamten Projektphase die Wirtschaftlichkeit und Machbarkeit des Projektes im Blick

- Du hast erste Erfahrung mit Regionalplanung, Standortplanung, Naturschutzrecht und Vertragsgestaltung
- Du kannst komplexe Zusammenhänge erkennen und bewerten
- Du hast vielleicht sogar schon Fachsoftware wie Windpro, Autocad, QGIS oder PV-Sol bedient
- Du trittst kommunikations- und kontaktfreudig auf

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
