Was sind deine Aufgaben?
- Du unterstützt unsere Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner bei der täglichen Grundpflege, hilfst bei der Mobilisation und bist eine wichtige Stütze in ihrem Alltag
- Du dokumentierst die durchgeführten Pflegemaßnahmen sorgfältig und nachvollziehbar in unserem EDV-gestützten System
- Als vertrauensvolle Ansprechperson hast du stets ein offenes Ohr für die Wünsche und Bedürfnisse der Klienten sowie ihrer Angehörigen
- Du arbeitest eng im Team mit den Pflegefachkräften zusammen, bringst deine Beobachtungen ein und wirkst bei der Umsetzung der Pflegeplanung mit

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
