Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Digital Art Direction, Visual Design und UI/UX Design – idealerweise im eCommerce- oder Plattform-Umfeld
- Du hast ein starkes Gespür für Layout, visuelle Hierarchie, Typografie, Animation, Komposition und digitale Ästhetik
- Du hast Erfahrung mit Design- und Motion-Tools wie Figma, After Effects, Lottie, Adobe Creative Suite, Miro oder ähnlichen Programmen und Interesse sowie Erfahrung im Einsatz von KI-Tools im Design- oder Content-Prozess
- Du verstehst Shop-Funnel, Conversion-Optimierung, User Experience und Customer Journeys und hast Erfahrung im Umgang mit Analytics- und Testing-Tools (z. B. Adobe Analytics, GA4, Adobe Target, Optimizely, Kameleoon)
- Du arbeitest selbstständig und strukturiert, hast einen hohen Qualitätsanspruch und Umsetzungsstärke, und hast Spaß an cross-funktionaler Zusammenarbeit mit einem offenen Mindset
- Du kommunizierst verhandlungssicher in Englisch und Deutsch (mindestens B2 CEFR Standard) und verstehst es, komplexe Anforderungen aus UX, Business und Technik in klare, konsistente visuelle Konzepte und Layouts zu übersetzen

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
