Verfahrensmechaniker für Kautschuk und Kunststofftechnik (m/w/d) Fachrichtung Formteile
Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie richten Spritzgießmaschinen und Handlingsysteme bis zur Serienfreigabe ein
- Sie begleiten die Fertigung, überwachen Prozessparameter, analysieren und beseitigen Störungen
- Sie optimieren Prozesse hinsichtlich Zykluszeit, Ausschuss und Stabilität und bemustern Neuwerkzeuge
- Sie führen einfache Instandhaltungs- und Wartungsarbeiten an Anlagen in Abstimmung mit Technik und Werkzeugbau durch
- Sie dokumentieren gemäß unseren QM-Vorgaben (IATF 16949) und halten Arbeits- und Sicherheitsstandards (DGUV) ein
- Sie arbeiten an der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung über den Spritzgießprozess hinaus, einschließlich Peripherie und Materialfluss

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben bestenfalls eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Verfahrensmechaniker:in für Kunststoff- und Kautschuktechnik (m/w/d) oder Kunststoff- und Kautschuktechnologe:in)
- Alternativ sind Sie motivierter Quereinsteiger mit relevanter Berufserfahrung
- Sie verfügen über fundierte Spritzguss-Praxis und idealerweise Erfahrung mit Handling/Entnahme, Heißkanal und Werkzeugwechsel
- Sie haben im Optimalfall Grundkenntnisse in Werkzeugbau und Anlageninstandhaltung
- Sie arbeiten selbstständig und sorgfältig, sind teamfähig und bereit, nach Absprache Schichtarbeit zu leisten
- Sie haben Deutschkenntnisse auf mindestens B1 Niveau

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
