Ihre Aufgaben
- Sie verantworten den gesamten Messprozess von der Programmierung der 3D-Koordinatenmesssysteme (z.B. Keyence) bis zur Auswertung und Dokumentation der Ergebnisse in Prüfberichten.
- Sie analysieren Messdaten, führen Messsystemanalysen (MSA) durch und arbeiten bei der Ursachenforschung eng mit der Qualitätssicherung zusammen, um unsere Prozesse kontinuierlich zu verbessern.
- Sie erstellen und pflegen Prüfpläne sowie Prüfzeichnungen auf Basis von CAD-Daten und stellen durch die regelmäßige Kalibrierung die Einsatzbereitschaft aller Messmittel sicher.
- Als fachlicher Experte leiten Sie Ihre Kolleg:innen in der QS-Laufkontrolle bei messtechnischen Fragestellungen an und stärken so das Qualitätsbewusstsein im gesamten Team.

Das ist uns wichtig
- Sie haben eine technische Ausbildung erfolgreich abgeschlossen, beispielsweise als Industriemechaniker:in, Mechatroniker:in oder in einem vergleichbaren Bereich.
- Sie bringen mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Messtechnik mit.
- Sie sind vertraut im Umgang mit optischen und/oder 3D-Koordinatenmesssystemen – idealerweise haben Sie bereits mit Keyence gearbeitet.
- Im Umgang mit gängiger CAD- und QM-Software fühlen Sie sich sicher.
- Ein hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein sowie eine analytische und präzise Arbeitsweise zeichnen Sie aus.
- Sie kommunizieren sicher auf Deutsch (C1) und verfügen idealerweise über gute Englischkenntnisse.
