Für unsere Standorterweiterung in Auerbach im Vogtland suchen wir drei erfahrene Techniker Produktionstechnik / Industrial Engineers, die unsere Industrialisierung von Standardkomponenten für Industrie- und Bahntechnik aktiv mitgestalten.
Aufgabenbereich:
- Planung und Pflege von Fertigungsabläufen, Arbeitsplänen und Fertigungszeiten
- Industrialisierung von Neuprodukten und serienbegleitende Prozessoptimierung über den gesamten Produktlebenszyklus
- technische Verantwortung für Prozesse
- Optimierung von Herstellungsprozessen, Rüstzeiten und Effizienz
- Gestaltung ergonomischer Arbeitsplätze
- Beschaffung, Inbetriebnahme und Optimierung von Anlagen, Betriebsmitteln sowie Werkzeugen
- Einrichttätigkeiten und technische Maßnahmen umsetzen
- Anwendung von FMEA und Control Plan zur Prozessabsicherung

Anforderungen:
- Technische Ausbildung mit Zusatzqualifikation (Techniker) oder Studium (z. B. Industrial Engineering, Produktionstechnik, Maschinenbau, Mechatronik, Elektrotechnik)
- Erfahrung im industriellen Produktions- oder Fertigungsumfeld
- Erfahrung in Prozessanalyse, Industrialisierung und Optimierung
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und ERP-Systemen; CAD von Vorteil
- Fähigkeit zur Dokumentation und Wissens Vermittlung
- Praxisnahe, bodenständige Denkweise, Shopfloor-Nähe
- Teamfähigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Veränderungsbereitschaft
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse
- Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Projektreisen

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
