Was erwartet dich?

Du entwickelst und optimierst SEA-Kampagnen als Key Account (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads & Meta) unter Berücksichtigung ganzheitlicher digitaler Marketingstrategien für unsere Kund:innen
Du stellst unseren Kund:innen die Leistungsergebnisse und strategischen Empfehlungen in Präsentationen und regelmäßigen Videokonferenzen vor
Du entwickelst ganzheitliche Digital Performance Strategien für unsere Kund:innen und bist ihre direkte Ansprechperson
Du setzt Google Analytics und den Google Tag Manager ein und optimierst das Tracking und die Zielgruppen
Du analysierst und optimierst Performance-KPIs entsprechend der Kund:innenanforderungen und führst Wettbewerbs- und Potentialanalysen durch
Du erstellst Berichte über Performance-KPIs für unsere Kund:innen
Du unterstützt Junior Consultants bei ihrer Weiterentwicklung und gibst dein Wissen aktiv ins Team weiter.

Was solltest du mitbringen?

Du bringst mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im SEA-Bereich mit und erweiterst diese idealerweise um ein Interesse am ganzheitlichen Digital Marketing (SEO, SMM, SMA, Marketplaces etc.)
Du arbeitest zielorientiert und bist am Wissensaustausch mit deinen Kolleg:innen interessiert
Du hast Freude an der Kommunikation mit Kund:innen und präsentierst gerne
Du bist in der Lage, mehrere Projekte gleichzeitig zu koordinieren und arbeitest strukturiert
Du arbeitest ergebnisorientiert, bist stets auf der Suche nach kreativen Lösungswegen und hast Spaß an der Aufbereitung und Analyse komplexer Korrelationen
Du verfügst über sichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse auf C1 Niveau in Wort und Schrift

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?

Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
