Als Verantwortlicher Finanzbuchhaltung/Controlling (m/w/d) übernimmst du die operative Verantwortung für unseren Finanzbereich. Du führst die laufende Buchhaltung durch, bereitest die Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse vor und kümmerst dich um das Debitoren- und Kreditorenmanagement sowie den Zahlungsverkehr. Außerdem unterstützt du das Management beim Ausbau unserer operativen und finanzwirtschaftlichen Controlling-Strukturen und übernimmst dabei eigenständig Teilbereiche.

Verantwortlicher Finanzbuchhaltung/Controlling (m/w/d)

Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für die laufende Buchhaltung, kontierst und erstellst Buchungen nach SKR03
Du wirkst bei der Erstellung von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen mit
Du kümmerst dich um das Kreditorenmanagement sowie Debitorenmanagement und steuerst den Zahlungsverkehr
Du analysierst Währungsrisiken im Tagesgeschäft und unterstützt bei Absicherungsgeschäften
Du erstellst regelmäßig das Management-Reporting und führst Plan-Ist-Vergleiche sowie Abweichungsanalysen durch
Du unterstützt bei der Planung der Liquidität und bei Mittelfristplanungen
Du gibst Impulse zur Weiterentwicklung kaufmännischer Prozesse

Was solltest du mitbringen?

Du verfügst entweder über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung im Bereich Buchhaltung oder ein abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium (FH/Uni) in den relevanten Bereichen
Du besitzt relevante Berufserfahrung in der Finanzabteilung eines Unternehmens, idealerweise mit internationalem Handelsbezug
Du hast Erfahrung in Treasury, Controlling und Planung
Du kennst dich in den relevanten Feldern des Handelsrechts und Steuerrechts aus
Du verfügst über fließende Kenntnisse in Deutsch sowie Englisch, in Wort und Schrift
Du arbeitest sicher mit DATEV und Microsoft Excel
Du arbeitest sorgfältig, verantwortungsbewusst und eigenständig
Du überzeugst durch ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeiten, Diskretion und Zuverlässigkeit

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?

Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
