Als Team Lead Technical Operations (m/w/d) übernimmst Du eine Schlüsselrolle im Operations-Team und sorgst dafür, dass die Peter Park Experience reibungslos funktioniert. Du stellst sicher, dass unsere Hardware und Systeme jederzeit einsatzbereit und zuverlässig sind – durch Planung, Tests und schnelle Problemlösungen im Ausnahmefall.
Du leitest operative Projekte, optimierst Prozesse und arbeitest eng mit Operations, Product und Tech zusammen, um Herausforderungen ganzheitlich zu lösen. Dabei übernimmst Du Verantwortung für Abläufe, Systeme und Ergebnisse und treibst kontinuierlich Verbesserungen voran.
Mit Deinem guten technischen Verständnis coachst Du Dein Team, förderst Wissenstransfer und stellst sicher, dass höchste Qualitäts- und Effizienzstandards eingehalten werden.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bringst mindestens sechs Jahre Berufserfahrung in einem dynamischen Umfeld mit, Führungserfahrung ist ein Plus, aber kein Muss
- Du verfügst idealerweise über Erfahrung im IoT-, oder SaaS-nahen Bereich – und hast ein gutes Gespür für die Verbindung von Technik, Prozessen und Menschen
- Du stellst technische Zuverlässigkeit und Kundenzufriedenheit immer an erste Stelle – und findest für jedes Problem eine smarte Lösung
- Du hast ein fundiertes technisches Verständnis von Hardware und deren Zusammenspiel mit Software
- Du arbeitest analytisch, datengetrieben und strukturiert, behältst aber auch im operativen Alltag stets den Überblick
- Du handelst proaktiv und lösungsorientiert, übernimmst Verantwortung für Systeme, Prozesse und Ergebnisse und treibst Themen mit klarem Fokus auf Qualität, Stabilität und Effizienz voran

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
