- Sie haben eine Ausbildung zum Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger (m/w/d) oder sind examinierte:r Altenpfleger:in
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Weiterbildung für leitende Funktion in der Pflege, entsprechend der aktuellen gesetzlichen Regelung oder ein abgeschlossenes (Fach-) Hochschulstudium im Pflegemanagement
- Sie verfügen idealerweise über erste Leitungserfahrung und betriebswirtschaftliche Kenntnisse
- Sie arbeiten selbstständig und eigeninitiativ und zeigen Einsatzbereitschaft sowie hohe Flexibilität
- Sie sind teamfähig, haben eine Hands-on-Mentalität und Lust darauf, etwas zu bewegen
- Sie besitzen Empathie und Durchsetzungsvermögen

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
