Deine Aufgaben

Du führst die laufende Finanzbuchhaltung, einschließlich Sach-, Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchungen, durch
Du erstellst und pflegst die Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen, Zusammenfassende Meldungen (ZM) und Monatsabschlüsse
Du führst BWA- und GuV-Analysen durch, erkennst Abweichungen und bereitest diese auf
Du pflegst und optimierst digitale Workflows in DATEV Unternehmen online, inklusive Bank/EBICS und OCR
Du bereitest die Lohnabrechnung vor und begleitest sie mit DATEV LODAS
Du erstellst Unterlagen für Bank- und Finanzgespräche, wie BWA-Pakete und Liquiditätsübersichten
Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für den Belegfluss, den Fristenkalender und die Dokumentation
Du bereitest Zahlläufe vor und führst ein strukturiertes Mahnwesen

Du hast eine Ausbildung als Steuerfachangestellte:r oder Finanzbuchhalter:in
Du hast Erfahrung in der laufenden Buchhaltung, mit Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen und Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen
Du bist sicher im Umgang mit DATEV und digitalen Prozessen, inklusive Scan, OCR, Cloud und Schnittstellen
Du arbeitest sorgfältig, integer und eigenverantwortlich und hast Freude an klarer Kommunikation
Du begeisterst dich für Automatisierung, Prozessverbesserung und effizientes Arbeiten
