Was erwartet dich?
- Du programmierst, rüstest und bedienst eigenständig unsere CNC-Fräsmaschinen, vorrangig mit Heidenhain- oder Fanuc-Steuerung.
- Anhand von technischen Zeichnungen fertigst Du präzise Einzelteile und Kleinserien aus Metall und überwachst den gesamten Fertigungsprozess.
- Du führst eigenverantwortlich Qualitätskontrollen durch, um die Maßhaltigkeit der Werkstücke sicherzustellen und die hohen Standards zu gewährleisten.
- In enger Abstimmung mit deinem Team trägst du zur Optimierung der Abläufe bei und übernimmst die Wartung und Pflege deiner Anlagen.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Zerspanungsmechaniker (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Du bringst Erfahrung im Umgang mit CNC-Maschinen mit, idealerweise mit Heidenhain- oder Fanuc-Steuerungen.
- Das Lesen von technischen Zeichnungen ist für dich eine Selbstverständlichkeit und du arbeitest stets präzise und qualitätsbewusst.
- Als zuverlässiger Teamplayer schätzt du den Austausch mit deinen Kolleginnen und Kollegen.
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch (C1-Niveau), um eine reibungslose Abstimmung im Team zu gewährleisten.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
