Was erwartet dich?
- Du unterstützt den Vertriebs-Außendienst gemeinsam mit dem Projektmanagement bei der Kundenbetreuung
- Du analysierst Kundenanforderungen und findest passende Lösungen
- Du berätst Kund:innen und Partner:innen zu unseren branchenspezifischen KVM-Systemen
- Du erstellst Angebote, führst die Nachverfolgung sowie Preis- und Vertragsverhandlungen durch und pflegst langfristige Kundenbeziehungen im Innendienst
- Du arbeitest an der Entwicklung von Vertriebs- und Marktstrategien mit und gibst wertvolles Kundenfeedback direkt an das Produktmanagement weiter
- Du unterstützt die Markteinführung neuer Produkte in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Marketing und reportest an den Teamleiter Vertriebsinnendienst

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast idealerweise ein abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium in Elektrotechnik, Informatik, Vertriebsingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Du bringst Erfahrung im technischen Umfeld mit und begeisterst dich für technische Produkte und Lösungen
- Du hast Freude an der Kommunikation mit Kund:innen und zeichnest dich durch ausgeprägte Einsatzfreude, Teamfähigkeit und Kontaktstärke aus
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift und gute EDV-Kenntnisse, insbesondere im Umgang mit CRM- und ERP-Systemen
- Du besitzt Kommunikations- und Präsentationsstärke sowie ein hohes Maß an Selbstständigkeit, Eigenverantwortung und Belastbarkeit
- Du bist flexibel, serviceorientiert und hoch motiviert

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
