Was erwartet dich?

Du bewegst dich souverän in Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB und verwandelst diese in aussagekräftige Reports, die unserem Management echten Mehrwert liefern
Du kennst Kreditoren, Debitoren, Kontierung und Buchungen nicht nur als Fachbegriffe, sondern lebst sie in der Praxis
Du bist die Anlaufstelle in Fragen der Buchführung und erklärst selbst komplexe Themen so verständlich, dass sie greifbar und spannend werden. Dabei bringst du das Potential mit, dich eigenständig weiterzuentwickeln und Verantwortung zu übernehmen
Du tauschst dich mit unseren internationalen Teams auf Augenhöhe aus und sorgst dafür, dass die Zusammenarbeit nicht nur reibungslos, sondern auch inspirierend läuft
Du siehst Digitalisierung und Automatisierung nicht als Floskeln, sondern als den Stoff, mit dem du unsere Finanzabteilung nach vorne bringst
Du hältst die Fäden in der Hand bei Finanzplanung, Cash-Management und Liquidität und behältst den Überblick
Du bringst dich aktiv in Projekte zur Transformation und Weiterentwicklung unseres Unternehmens ein, weil Stillstand nicht dein Ding ist

Was solltest du mitbringen?

Du hast eine kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum Bilanzbuchhalter (m/w/d) oder ein betriebswirtschaftliches Studium im Gepäck und setzt dein Wissen smart ein
Du hast Erfahrung in KMU oder kleineren Unternehmensgruppen und weißt, wie man Dinge lösungsorientiert anpackt, wobei praktisches Know-how im Vordergrund steht
Du siehst Rechnungslegung nach HGB nicht als Buch mit sieben Siegeln, sondern als solides Handwerk
Du nutzt MS Office effizient und routiniert, wobei Word, Excel und PowerPoint für dich mehr als Standard sind
Du beherrschst Englisch – ob beim Plausch mit dem internationalen Kollegium oder in Reports, die Eindruck machen
Du arbeitest selbstständig, sorgfältig und strukturiert, ohne den Überblick zu verlieren
Du bist ein Teamplayer durch und durch, flexibel, kommunikativ und hast Spaß daran, gemeinsam Lösungen zu finden
Du gestaltest gerne Abläufe und Prozesse
