Was erwartet dich?
- Du verantwortest die Planung und Konzeption von energieeffizienten HKLS-Anlagen mit dem Schwerpunkt auf dem Gewerk Sanitär.
- Du erstellst die dazugehörigen Entwurfs- und Ausführungspläne in 2D mit gängiger CAD-Software (z.B. AutoCAD, Plancal Nova).
- Du arbeitest eng mit Architekt:innen, der Projektleitung und Auftraggeber:innen zusammen, um einen reibungslosen Projektablauf zu sichern.
- Du übernimmst die fachliche Begleitung auf der Baustelle und vertrittst deine Planung in Besprechungsrunden.
- Zusätzlich hast du die Möglichkeit, deine BIM/3D-Kenntnisse in innovativen Projekten einzubringen und unsere Planungsprozesse mitzugestalten.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Versorgungstechnik, Gebäudetechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation, wie Meister (m/w/d) der Elektrotechnik
- Du hast mindestens 4 Jahre Erfahrung als TGA-Planer:in in Deutschland oder in Deutschland anerkannt
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit CAD-Software (z. B. AutoCAD, Plancal Nova, etc.)
- Du verfügst über AVA-Kenntnisse und MS-Office-Erfahrung
- Du hast Interesse an modernen, nachhaltigen Energiekonzepten und BIM/Revit-Kenntnisse sind ein Plus, aber kein Muss

About Ingenieurbüro für Haustechnik KEM GmbH
Wir sind ein mittelständisches, familiengeführtes TGA-Ingenieurbüro in Berlin mit jahrzehntelanger Praxiserfahrung in der Baubranche und Sachverständigenwesen. Das Ingenieurbüro KEM mit einer Personalstärke von ca.35 Angestellten wird geführt neben dem Sachverständigenbüro Dipl.-Ing. Johann Margulies. Alle Fachgebiete werden mit eigenen Leuten abgedeckt (Lüftung, Klima, Kälte, Heizung, Sanitär, Sprinkler, Stark- und Schwachstrom), wobei wir bundesweit im Einsatz sind. Schwerpunktmäßig werden Wohnungen, Verwaltungsgebäude, Hotels, sowie Gewerbebauten aller Art bearbeitet. Wir planen und bauleiten jedoch auch Spezialprojekte für Industrieunternehmen, bzw. Gebäude für Lehre/Forschung. Insbesondere ergeben sich Synergieeffekte durch die enge Abstimmung zwischen der Planungs- und der Prüfsachverständigentätigkeit des Sachverständigenbüros im Hinblick auf die Fachgebiete Lüftung, Entrauchung und Elektro.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
