Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie verantworten die eigenständige Planung und Leitung unserer Bauprojekte im Bereich Verkehrssicherung und sorgen so für reibungslose und sichere Verkehrsflüsse.
- Vor Ort überwachen Sie den gesamten Bauablauf, stellen die Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards sicher und führen die Baustellenergebniskontrolle durch.
- Als zentrale Ansprechperson koordinieren Sie Ihr Team sowie Nachunternehmen und stellen eine reibungslose Zusammenarbeit aller Projektbeteiligten sicher.
- Sie übernehmen die kosten- und termingerechte Disposition von Personal, Material und Geräten und haben dabei stets die Wirtschaftlichkeit des Projekts im Blick.
- Mithilfe branchenüblicher EDV-Lösungen erstellen Sie präzise Aufmaße und sind für die finale Abrechnung der Projekte verantwortlich.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Bautechniker:in, Meister:in, eine vergleichbare Qualifikation oder langjährige Erfahrung als Kolonnenführer:in.
- Sie bringen bereits Berufserfahrung in der Bauleitung mit, idealerweise im Bereich Tiefbau oder Verkehrssicherung.
- Mit Organisationstalent, Durchsetzungsvermögen und einer kooperativen Art steuern Sie Personal und Nachunternehmen sicher und selbstständig.
- Sie sind versiert im Umgang mit gängiger EDV-Software, um Aufmaße und Abrechnungen zu erstellen.
- Ein Führerschein der Klasse B ist für die Betreuung Ihrer Baustellen unerlässlich.
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift für eine reibungslose Kommunikation runden Ihr Profil ab.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
