Als Prozessleitelektroniker (m/w/d) bei INEOS Styrolution am Standort Ludwigshafen übernehmen Sie eine zentrale Rolle für den reibungslosen Betrieb unserer hochmodernen Produktionsanlagen im Bereich Styrolkunststoffe. Sie sind Teil der Instandhaltung und tragen Verantwortung für die Prozessleittechnik – von Steuerungen über Mess- und Regeltechnik bis zur Prozessanalyse. Ihr Aufgabenfeld umfasst die Wartung, Kalibrierung, Parametrierung sowie Störungsbehebung an Komponenten der Durchfluss-, Druck-, Temperatur- und Füllstandsmessung, ebenso wie die Betreuung der Prozessanalysetechnik einschließlich pH-, Durchfluss- und Temperaturmessungen.

Ihre Arbeitsweise ist geprägt von technischem Verständnis, systematischem Vorgehen und hohem Verantwortungsbewusstsein: Sie führen wiederkehrende Prüfungen und Wartungsarbeiten nach Vorgaben und internen Standards durch, gewährleisten die Einhaltung von Arbeitssicherheits- und Umweltvorschriften und dokumentieren Ihre Messergebnisse sorgfältig. Dabei arbeiten Sie sowohl im Team als auch eigenständig im industriellen Umfeld eines internationalen Unternehmens – mit klaren Strukturen, festen Arbeitszeiten und technologisch anspruchsvollen Systemen wie Simatic PCS7 oder S7. Was erwartet Sie?

Sie sind verantwortlich für die Instandhaltung und Störungsbeseitigung von prozessleittechnischen Anlagen und Steuerungen
Sie prüfen, kalibrieren und parametrieren Mess- und Regeltechnik, einschließlich Durchfluss-, Druck-, Temperatur- und Füllstandsmessungen sowie Regelarmaturen
Sie betreuen und warten die Prozessanalysetechnik, z. B. pH-Messungen und weitere relevante Messsysteme
Sie führen wiederkehrende Prüfungen und Wartungsarbeiten gemäß den geltenden Vorschriften und internen Standards durch
Sie stellen die Arbeitssicherheit sicher und halten betriebliche Vorgaben in Ihrem Tätigkeitsbereich ein
Sie dokumentieren die durchgeführten Arbeiten und Messergebnisse

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?

Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Prozessleitelektroniker (m/w/d), Elektroniker (m/w/d) für Mess- und Regeltechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
Sie verfügen über Berufserfahrung in der Instandhaltung von prozessleittechnischen Anlagen, idealerweise in der chemischen Industrie
Sie sind sicher im Umgang mit Mess-, Steuer- und Regeltechnik und haben Erfahrung in der Fehlersuche und Störungsbeseitigung
Sie arbeiten selbstständig und sorgfältig, sind teamfähig und zuverlässig
Sie besitzen Verantwortungsbewusstsein und arbeiten sicher im industriellen Umfeld
