Als Maintenance Engineer E&I (m/w/d) am Standort Köln übernehmen Sie eine Schlüsselrolle in unserem Instandhaltungs- und Technikteam. Sie sind verantwortlich für die Sicherstellung der Instandhaltungskompetenz im Bereich Elektrotechnik und Instrumentierung (E&I) sowie für die effiziente Umsetzung der täglichen Instandhaltungsarbeiten. Hierbei führen Sie ein kleines Team (Techniker & Handwerker) mit direkten Reports und treten als Verantwortliche Elektrofachkraft sowie sachkundige Person für EX-Schutz auf.
Sie unterstützen die Betreiberpflichten gemäß § 5 BImSchG, überwachen die Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorgaben und Richtlinien, führen regelmäßige Anlageninspektionen durch und sorgen für den ordnungsgemäßen technischen Zustand unserer Systeme. Darüber hinaus entwickeln Sie innovative Instandhaltungsstrategien, analysieren Anlagenzustände, planen Ressourcen sowie Wartungs- und Änderungsarbeiten und sind für die Dokumentation und Durchführung von Sicherheitsaudits verantwortlich.
In dieser Position verbinden Sie technische Fachkompetenz, Führungsverantwortung und Strategieentwicklung mit dem Ziel, die Anlagenverfügbarkeit sicherzustellen und kontinuierlich zu verbessern. Gleichzeitig tragen Sie zur Sicherheits- und Compliance-Kultur im Werk bei und etablieren Standards für Ex-Schutz, Dokumentation und technische Integrität.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Studium (Master/Dipl.-Ing.) im Bereich Elektrotechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Sie verfügen über mindestens 5 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung, idealerweise in der chemischen Industrie oder Chempark-Umgebung
- Sie besitzen fundierte Kenntnisse im EX-Schutz, der Betriebssicherheitsverordnung und Arbeitssicherheit
- Sie haben SAP-Erfahrung ist von Vorteil, ein sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) wird vorausgesetzt
- Sie überzeugen durch Organisations- und Koordinationsstärke, schnelle Auffassungsgabe, Eigeninitiative und Teamgeist
- Sie beherrschen Deutsch und Englisch fließend in Wort und Schrift

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
