Was erwartet Dich?
- Du vorrichtest hochpräzise Rohrleitungen (DN25 – 400) mit Wandstärken von 2 bis 12 mm aus verschiedenen Stählen wie 16Mo3, P235GH oder V4A.
- Dabei arbeitest Du selbstständig und qualitätsbewusst nach Isometrie und beigestellten Stücklisten.
- Du heftest Formteile und Rohre eigenständig im WIG-Schweißverfahren an, bei austenitischen Stählen unter Formierung.
- Die Herstellung von Schweißfasen durch maschinelle Bearbeitung oder Schleifen gehört ebenfalls zu Deinen Aufgaben.
- Du bist für den sicheren Transport der Bauteile mit dem Kran verantwortlich, um einen reibungslosen Arbeitsablauf zu gewährleisten.

Was solltest Du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Anlagen-, Konstruktions- oder Industriemechaniker (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation im Metallbereich.
- Du bringst mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Rohrleitungsbau oder einem ähnlichen Umfeld mit.
- Du liest und arbeitest sicher nach Isometrien und technischen Zeichnungen – das ist dein tägliches Handwerkszeug.
- Eine selbstständige, präzise und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise zeichnet dich aus und du bist ein echter Teamplayer.
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch (mindestens C1), um dich sicher im Team und bei der Arbeit abzustimmen.
