Was erwartet dich?
- Du analysierst die Geschäftsprozesse unserer Kund:innen und konzipierst passgenaue Lösungen, indem du ihre Anforderungen in unsere SAP- und .NET-basierten Softwareprodukte übersetzt.
- Du berätst unsere Kund:innen und Partner:innen aktiv bei der Implementierung und dem Customizing der SAP FICO und MM Module.
- Als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen den Fachbereichen und unserer IT-Entwicklung koordinierst du die Umsetzung von Individualanpassungen und neuen Features in ABAP OO und .NET.
- Du übernimmst die eigenständige Betreuung deines Kundenstamms, führst Schulungen durch und agierst als erste:r Ansprechpartner:in für alle technischen und prozessualen Fragen.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein Studium oder eine Ausbildung im Bereich IT oder BWL abgeschlossen und bringst bereits mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der IT-Beratung mit.
- Du besitzt fundierte Kenntnisse in SAP, insbesondere im Modul FICO, und hast idealerweise bereits erste Erfahrungen im Customizing gesammelt.
- Du hast ein gutes Grundverständnis von .NET-Technologien wie SQL-Server oder ABAP OO.
- Deine Stärke liegt in der Kundenberatung und -kommunikation und du hast Freude daran, Geschäftsprozesse zu analysieren und zu optimieren.
- Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch und Englisch (beides auf C1-Niveau), um unsere Kund:innen und Partner:innen optimal zu betreuen.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.

Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
