- Du übernimmst verantwortungsvoll die Kommunikation mit unseren Partner:innen und Kund:innen
- Du nimmst die Geschäftsprozesse und Kundenbedürfnisse auf, verstehst sie, analysierst und dokumentierst sie, insbesondere im Hinblick auf die Abbildung innerhalb unserer Softwarelösungen
- Du fungierst als Schnittstelle zur internen Entwicklung zur Konzeptionierung und Umsetzung der nötigen Modifizierungen und Individualentwicklungen
- Du berätst und unterstützt die Kund:innen und Partner:innen bei der Lösungsimplementierung und -anpassung und baust Wissen über den Einsatz unserer Produkte auf und vermittelst es

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder ein Studium im Bereich IT-Management, Betriebswirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung/Berufserfahrung
- Du hast generelles Wissen über SAP und .NET-Technologien (SQL-Server™, .NET, ABAP OO)
- Du bringst Key-User ähnliche Erfahrungen über die SAP FICO oder MM Module und die relevanten Prozesse mit, inkl. Erfahrungen im SAP FICO Customizing
- Du hast Erfahrung in der Partner- und Kund:innenbetreuung, ggfs. Projektmanagement, im IT-Umfeld und im Modellieren von Geschäftsprozessen
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Wort und Schrift und verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
