Für den Ausbau unserer regionalen Marktpräsenz suchen wir einen IT Sales Manager (m/w/d) mit echter Hunter-Mentalität, der begeistert neue Kunden gewinnt – vor allem durch professionelles Cold Calling, aber auch durch gezielte persönliche Präsenz bei Kunden vor Ort.

Was erwartet dich?

  • Du übernimmst die aktive Neukundengewinnung (Hunter-Rolle) im KMU- und Mittelstandssegment
  • Du führst Cold Calling / telefonische Erstansprache von Entscheidern in der Region durch
  • Du planst einen systematischen Outreach-Prozess (Call-Listen, Follow-ups, Qualifizierung)
  • Du identifizierst potenzielle Kunden in der Region Marburg, Gießen, Wetzlar und Rhein-Main
  • Du besuchst gezielt vor Ort qualifizierte Leads, um Bedarf, Infrastruktur und Entscheidungswege zu verstehen
  • Du führst Erstgespräche durch, ermittelst den Bedarf und präsentierst unser Dienstleistungsportfolio
  • Du baust ein belastbares regionales Netzwerk (Industrie, Handwerk, Dienstleister, öffentliche Einrichtungen) auf
  • Du nimmst an regionalen Events, Messen und Netzwerktreffen teil
  • Du stimmst dich eng mit Technik, Consulting und Geschäftsführung zur Angebotserstellung ab
  • Du pflegst und dokumentierst alle Aktivitäten im CRM

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
