Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Immobilienkaufmann (m/w/d)/ein abgeschlossenes Immobilien-Studium/eine Ausbildung als Bautechniker:in bzw. Handwerksmeister:in/ ein abgeschlossenes Studium mit der Fachrichtung Bau oder Bauingenieurwesen
- Du bringst mehrjährige, einschlägige Berufserfahrung im ganzheitlichen (technischen, kaufmännischen und infrastrukturellen) Property Management von Wohn- und Gewerbeimmobilien mit
- Du hast ein fundiertes kaufmännisches und technisches Verständnis von Immobilien
- Du verfügst über gute Kenntnisse im Mietrecht und in der Vertragsgestaltung
- Du hast einen routinierten Umgang mit MS Office
- Du arbeitest selbständig und strukturiert, hast eine gute Organisationsfähigkeit und bringst ein ausgeprägtes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Sorgfalt und Zuverlässigkeit mit
- Du arbeitest gerne im Team und hast eine gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit intern und extern mit Mietern und Partnern
- Du zeigst Einsatzbereitschaft, Motivation und Flexibilität, denkst unternehmerisch, bringst dich aktiv ein und gehst Themen gerne auch auf neuen Wegen an – offen und lösungsorientiert.

Generation und mit mehr als 60 Jahren Erfahrung in der Immobilienwirtschaft Lebens- und Arbeitsräume für tausende Menschen, sind wichtiger Partner für Politik, Wirtschaft und soziale Verbände und prägen das Bild der Stadt Mönchengladbach an vielen Stellen. Als Bestandshalter konzentrieren wir uns auf die Verwaltung und Entwicklung von im eigenen Besitz befindlichen Wohn- und Gewerbeimmobilien und expandieren kontinuierlich weiter durch Ankauf und Projektentwicklung.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
