Außendienstmitarbeiter für die Immobilienverwaltung (m/w/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Du verantwortest die eigenständige Mieterbetreuung und Pflege der Mieter- und Objektakten sowie Stammdaten
- Du kümmerst dich um die Objektüberwachung und Steuerung technischer und infrastruktureller externer & interner Dienstleister sowie Optimierung von Dienstleistung & Hausmeisterverträgen
- Du bist verantwortlich für Abstimmungen bei Aufträgen an Handwerker und Dienstleister
- Du übernimmst die Vorbereitung, Verhandlung und den Abschluss von Verträgen
- Du vermietest Wohn- & Gewerbeimmobilien und vereinbarst Besichtigungstermine und führst diese durch
- Du setzt Vertriebs- und Marketingaktivitäten um

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bringst Erfahrung mit Immobilien mit
- Du verfügst über eine hohe Beratungskompetenz, sehr gute Akquise- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie ein professionelles Auftreten
- Du zeigst Empathie und Bereitschaft für vielseitige und übergreifende Arbeit
- Du hast handwerkliches Know-how
- Du besitzt MS Office-Kenntnisse und einen Führerschein der Klasse B
- Du bringst idealerweise Berufserfahrung in einer Hausverwaltung mit, sprichst Englisch und bist bestenfalls handwerklich begabt

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
