Wir suchen einen engagierten und verantwortungsbewussten Elektromeister (m/w/d), der bundesweit technische Einsätze betreut und die qualitätsgerechte Umsetzung unserer Elektroarbeiten sicherstellt.
Du übernimmst die fachliche Leitung vor Ort, koordinierst die Projektplanung und -ausführung, führst Prüfungen und Abnahmen gemäß VDE durch und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Ablauf auf wechselnden Projektstandorten.
Die Position erfordert eine hohe Reisebereitschaft, ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeiten sowie eine präzise und selbstständige Arbeitsweise. Die Tätigkeit erfordert fließende Kommunikation in Deutsch und Englisch.
Du übernimmst die fachliche Leitung vor Ort, koordinierst die Projektplanung und -ausführung, führst Prüfungen und Abnahmen gemäß VDE durch und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Ablauf auf wechselnden Projektstandorten.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im elektrotechnischen Bereich
- Du besitzt eine Meisterqualifikation als Elektromeister:in (HWK) oder einen gleichwertigen Abschluss
- Du hast mehrjährige Erfahrung in Installation, Bauleitung oder Montage
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Kenntnisse der VDE- und DGUV-Vorschriften
- Du bist bereit zu reisen (Mo–Do / projektabhängig, ca. 1–2 Einsätze pro Monat) und hast einen Führerschein der Klasse B
- Du arbeitest selbstständig, strukturiert und lösungsorientiert und bist teamfähig, kommunikationsstark und verantwortungsbewusst

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
