Deine MissionDu ermöglichst es, dass unsere Gabelstapler sicher und in Echtzeit quer durch Europa ferngesteuert werden können. Als Senior Network Engineer in unserem Entwicklungsteam bist du für das Herzstück unserer Technologie verantwortlich: die zuverlässige, latenzarme Datenübertragung zwischen unseren teleoperierten Gabelstaplern und dem Remote-Driving-System.

Du integrierst unsere Remote-Gabelstapler in die unterschiedlichsten und komplexen Netzwerkumgebungen unserer Kunden. Dabei entwickelst und optimierst du kontinuierlich unsere Produktarchitektur und Prozesse, um in jeder industriellen Umgebung maximale Performance, Zuverlässigkeit und Uptime zu garantieren. Du trägst maßgeblich dazu bei, unser Produkt technologisch weiterzuentwickeln und hohe Standards bei der Netzwerkperformance und Betriebssicherheit zu setzen.

Was erwartet dich?

Du konzipierst und implementierst unser drahtloses Kommunikationssystem (WLAN, 5G) für Echtzeitanwendungen
Du jagst Millisekunden: Du optimierst die Verbindungen, minimierst die Latenz und maximierst die Verfügbarkeit
Du entwickelst standardisierte Hard- und Software-Setups, um unsere Kund:innen-Rollouts zu beschleunigen
Du bist die technische Ansprechperson (intern und extern) für die Integration unseres Systems in Kundennetzwerke und gestaltest den idealen Integrationsprozess
Du überwachst und steuerst die Netzwerkverbindungen aktiv, auch durch die Entwicklung eigener Software-Schnittstellen (Monitoring/Steuerung)
Du evaluierst und implementierst neue Technologien (z.B. im VPN-Bereich), um unsere Infrastruktur kontinuierlich zu verbessern

Was solltest du mitbringen?

Du hast fundierte Kenntnisse in WLAN (idealerweise in anspruchsvollen Industrieumgebungen), 5G, LAN/WAN, Switching und VPNs
Du hast Erfahrung in der Latenzoptimierung, im Aufbau redundanter Systeme und im Bereich IT-Security
Du hast gute Programmierkenntnisse (C++, Python oder Bash) zur Überwachung und Steuerung von Netzwerken, was ein großes Plus ist, aber keine Voraussetzung
Du bist kommunikationsstark, arbeitest eigenverantwortlich und strukturiert – sowohl im Team als auch im direkten Kontakt mit Kund:innen
Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch, um mit Team und Kund:innen zu kommunizieren

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
