Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams, suchen wir Sie als organisierten, selbständigen, zuverlässigen, einsatzbereiten, eigenverarntwortlichen Mitarbeiter mit guten Deutschkenntnissen als Bauleiter für unsere Projekte im Tief- und Straßenbau.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die eigenverantwortliche Planung und Steuerung der Bauabläufe für unsere Projekte im Tief- und Straßenbau.
- Du koordinierst den Einsatz von Personal, Geräten sowie Nachunternehmern direkt auf der Baustelle und stellst einen reibungslosen Ablauf sicher.
- Du bist für das Aufmaß und die Abrechnung der Bauleistungen nach VOB verantwortlich und nutzt dafür gängige Bauabrechnungssoftware sowie MS-Office.
- Du überwachst die Einhaltung von Terminen, Budgets und Qualitätsstandards und dokumentierst den Baufortschritt.
- Als zentrale Ansprechperson stehst du im engen Austausch mit Auftraggebern, Behörden und deinem Team.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesen, eine Ausbildung zum Bautechniker (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Du bringst mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Bauleitung mit, idealerweise mit einem Schwerpunkt im Tief- und Straßenbau.
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit der VOB sowie den relevanten technischen Regelwerken und verfügst über gute Kenntnisse in Bauabrechnungsprogrammen und MS Office.
- Deine Arbeitsweise ist selbstständig und unternehmerisch geprägt, und du hast Freude daran, Verantwortung für Bauprojekte zu übernehmen.
- Du kommunizierst verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch und arbeitest gerne im Team mit Kollegen und externen Partnern.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
