Was erwartet Sie?

Sie übernehmen die Bauleitung von bundesweiten Hochbauprojekten im Wohnungs- und Gesundheitswesen als Generalunternehmer (m/w/d)
Sie leiten das Bauprojekt eigenverantwortlich vor Ort, zunächst in Kehlheim, Bayern
Sie stellen die Einhaltung der Qualitätsstandards sowie die termin- und kostengerechte Ausführung aller Arbeiten auf der Baustelle sicher
Sie dokumentieren die Abläufe auf der Baustelle und versorgen den Projektleiter mit allen wichtigen Informationen für ein professionelles Baustellencontrolling

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?

Sie haben einen Studienabschluss in den Bereichen Bauingenieurwesen, Architektur oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
Sie verfügen idealerweise über Erfahrung im Bereich GU-Bauleitung
Sie arbeiten selbstständig, eigenverantwortlich und strukturiert, treten sicher auf und besitzen Durchsetzungsfähigkeit
Sie besitzen einen Führerschein der Klasse B und Deutschkenntnisse auf Niveau C1
Sie sind bereit, innerhalb Deutschlands über längere Zeiträume zu reisen

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
