Du berätst unsere Kunden sowohl operativ als auch konzeptionell zu regulatorischen, Compliance- und Risikomanagement-Themen.
Du bist fachlicher Sparringspartner für unsere Kunden sowie für die Bereichsleitung und wirkst aktiv an der Weiterentwicklung der Methoden, Standards und Beratungsansätze mit.
Du gestaltest die Geschäftsentwicklung des Bereichs maßgeblich mit, identifizierst eigenständig neue Themen- und Projektchancen und baust Kundenbeziehungen weiter aus.
Du positionierst dich mit deinen Schwerpunktthemen am Markt, beispielsweise durch Fachbeiträge, Präsentationen oder die Teilnahme an Veranstaltungen.
Du bringst dich in interne Initiativen ein und unterstützt die Weiterentwicklung unseres Leistungsportfolios.
Du förderst die fachliche Entwicklung der Mitarbeitenden im Team.
Du arbeitest flexibel und überwiegend remote, bist aber bereit, Kundentermine auch vor Ort vorzunehmen.

Was solltest du mitbringen?

Du bringst 6-9 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Risikomanagement einer Bank / Sparkasse oder eines Beratungsunternehmens mit.
Du hast fundiertes Wissen im Risikomanagement, Business Continuity Management, Krisen- und Informationssicherheitsmanagement.
Du verfügst über sehr gute Kenntnisse der aufsichtsrechtlichen Anforderungen für Finanzdienstleister (MaRisk, DORA) sowie gängiger IT-Standards (BSI, ISO27001, Cobit, ITIL).
Du hast Erfahrung in Geschäftsentwicklung und Akquise oder die klare Bereitschaft, in diesem Bereich eine zentrale Rolle einzunehmen.
Du bringst eine grundsätzliche Reisebereitschaft mit und schätzt den direkten Austausch mit Kunden, wenn Projekteinsätze das erfordern.
Du arbeitest mit ausgeprägter analytischer Stärke und klarer Kommunikation, gehst Aufgaben zielorientiert sowie eigenverantwortlich an und überzeugst durch eine hohe Kundenorientierung.
Deutschkenntnisse auf C1-Niveau (Goethe-Zertifikat oder vergleichbar) sind zwingend erforderlich.
