Was erwartet dich?
- Du führst, motivierst und entwickelst dein Pflegeteam fachlich weiter und schaffst ein wertschätzendes Arbeitsumfeld.
- Du planst und organisierst den Personaleinsatz, erstellst Dienst- und Tourenpläne und stellst so die Versorgung unserer Klient:innen sicher.
- Als zentrale Ansprechperson für Klient:innen, Angehörige und dein Team sicherst du eine hohe Pflegequalität und berätst kompetent zu allen pflegerischen Fragen.
- Du gestaltest und optimierst eigenverantwortlich die Arbeitsabläufe und Prozesse im Pflegedienst, um Effizienz und Qualität kontinuierlich zu verbessern.
- Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für die fachgerechte Führung und regelmäßige Prüfung der Pflegedokumentation.
- Du repräsentierst unseren Pflegedienst nach außen und pflegst ein starkes Netzwerk zu Ärzt:innen, Krankenkassen und Kooperationspartnern.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Pflegefachliche Ausbildung mit anerkannter Weiterbildung zur Pflegedienstleitung oder anerkannter Studienabschluss im Pflegemanagement
- Mindestens ein Jahr Berufserfahrung und idealerweise erste Führungserfahrung in der ambulanten Pflege
- Einsatzfreude, Flexibilität sowie eine lösungs- und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Führerschein Klasse B

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
