Was erwartet Sie?
- Administrative, vorbereitende und nachbereitende Tätigkeiten im Bereich Vertrieb
- Unterstützung des Außendiensts bei Angebots- und Bedarfsklärungen
- Erstellung von Angeboten nach Vorgaben des Außendienstes
- Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung von Kunden sowie telefonische und schriftliche Abwicklung von Vorgängen
- Zusammenstellung von Vertriebskennzahlen und Reporting an den Vertriebsleiter
- Mitwirkung an Marketingaktionen und Messevorbereitungen
- Pflege aller auftragsrelevanten Daten im CRM-System sowie stichprobenartige Prüfung von Aufträgen
- Marktbeobachtung und Dokumentation von Kundenanregungen und Verbesserungsvorschlägen
- Zusammenarbeit mit den Abteilungen Auftragsabwicklung, Einkauf, Marketing, Konstruktion und Buchhaltung

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
