Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie verantworten die eigenständige Betreuung eines festen Mandantenstamms und erstellen komplexe Jahresabschlüsse sowie Steuererklärungen mit DATEV.
- Sie beraten Ihre Mandanten proaktiv in allen steuerrechtlichen sowie betriebswirtschaftlichen Fragestellungen und entwickeln passgenaue Gestaltungsstrategien.
- Sie übernehmen die souveräne Kommunikation mit Finanzämtern und Behörden und begleiten fachkundig Betriebsprüfungen.
- Sie gestalten aktiv die Optimierung und Digitalisierung der Kanzleiprozesse in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsführung.
- Sie agieren als fachliche Ansprechperson im Team und unterstützen bei der Weiterentwicklung von Kolleg:innen.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie bringen mindestens 3 Jahr Berufserfahrung als Steuerberater (m/w/d) mit
- Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Steuerberaterexamen
- Sie verfügen über fundierte Kenntnisse im Steuerrecht sowie in der Jahresabschlusserstellung
- Sie sind sicher im Umgang mit DATEV oder vergleichbaren Steuerprogrammen
- Sie sind teamfähig, zeigen Eigeninitiative und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Sie besitzen Kommunikationsstärke und treten freundlich im Umgang mit Mandant:innen und Kolleg:innen auf
- Sie arbeiten strukturiert und selbständig
- Sie haben sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C2-Niveau)

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
