Sie definieren und setzen Strategien, Route-to-Market und Value Propositions für Ihren Markt um
Sie vernetzen sich aktiv mit Schlüsselspielern der Branche, analysieren Kundenanforderungen, Entscheidungsprozesse und Vertriebspotentiale und bringen Ihre Erkenntnisse aus Markt- und Kundenfeedbacks in die Weiterentwicklung unserer Events und Services ein
Sie sind die Brücke, das Bindeglied und der Koordinator zwischen verschiedenen Stakeholdern innerhalb und außerhalb des Unternehmens, richten alle Beteiligten auf die gemeinsamen Ziele aus und halten sie auf Kurs
Sie identifizieren die Top-Themen der Gegenwart und Zukunft, entwickeln attraktive Inhalte für Ihren Markt und orchestrieren sie bestmöglich für Ihre jeweiligen Communities - vor, auf und nach unseren Events
Sie planen, steuern und unterstützen den Launch der jeweiligen Marketing- und Vertriebskampagnen für unsere Events und Produkte in Ihrem Marktsegment, bis hin zur aktiven Gewinnung und Betreuung von neuen Schlüsselkunden und Partner:innen

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?

Sie sind ein technik-affiner Generalist (m/w/d) mit einem abgeschlossenen Studium bzw. Promotion in einer relevanten technischen Fachrichtung mit betriebswirtschaftlicher Zusatzqualifikation und/oder im Bereich Business Administration mit nachweislicher Berufserfahrung in einem technisch geprägten Umfeld der Prozessindustrie oder alternativ einschlägiger Berufserfahrung in ähnlich ausgerichteten Tätigkeiten bei technischen Messen
Sie sind ein unternehmerischer Macher (m/w/d) mit schneller Auffassungsgabe und analytischem Denkvermögen, gepaart mit hoher Einsatzbereitschaft und strukturierter Arbeitsweise
Sie sind ein interkultureller Netzwerker (m/w/d) mit der Fähigkeit, werthaltige Verbindungen zu einer großen Bandbreite von Menschen aufzubauen und zu halten
Sie sind ein innovativer Content-Creator (m/w/d), der bereits eindrücklich bewiesen hat, dass die von Ihnen kreierten Botschaften und Inhalte Ihr Publikum nicht nur überzeugen, sondern begeistern
