Ihre Aufgaben:
- Sie beraten das Unternehmen in allen rechtlichen Fragen, besonders im Vertrags- und Hochschulrecht
- Sie prüfen, erstellen und verhandeln Verträge und andere rechtliche Dokumente in deutscher und englischer Sprache
- Sie setzen Ansprüche bei Gewährleistungs- und Schadensfällen durch
- Sie prüfen Werbetexte auf rechtliche Vorgaben
- Sie unterstützen die Fachbereiche als Ansprechpartner:in für Rechtsangelegenheiten
- Sie erkennen wichtige Rechtsthemen, entwickeln Handlungsempfehlungen und beraten die Bereichsleitung sowie Geschäftsführung
- Sie koordinieren die Zusammenarbeit mit externen Rechtsanwält:innen
- Sie führen Vertragsverhandlungen mit externen Partner:innen

Das bringen Sie mit:
- Sie haben das erste und zweite juristische Staatsexamen abgeschlossen (Volljurist:in)
- Sie verfügen über Berufserfahrung in der Rechtsabteilung eines Unternehmens oder in einer Kanzlei, idealerweise im Vertrags- und Hochschulrecht
- Sie sind bereit, sich rasch in neue Rechtsgebiete und Sachverhalte einzuarbeiten
- Sie kommunizieren sicher auf Deutsch und verfügen über sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
- Sie tauschen sich souverän mit Behörden, Unternehmen, Gerichten und Privatpersonen aus
- Sie arbeiten zuverlässig, teamorientiert, selbstständig und lösungsorientiert
- Sie bringen sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS-Office und juristischen Recherchediensten mit

Mit einem Medizinstudium am Universitätsmedizin Neumarkt am Mieresch Campus Hamburg (UMCH) können sich Abiturient*innen ihren Traum erfüllen und Medizin in Deutschland ohne Wartezeit und Spitzenabitur studieren. Der UMCH ist eine Niederlassung der staatlichen Universität für Medizin, Pharmazie, Naturwissenschaften und Technik Neumarkt am Mieresch (UMFST Neumarkt a. M.). Studieninteressierte haben die Möglichkeit jedes Jahr zum Wintersemester, in Hamburg ihr Medizinstudium ohne Numerus clausus, zu beginnen. Das Studium am UMCH wurde auf Basis der Werte und Erfahrungen einer renommierten und traditionsreichen Universität konzipiert, die seit vielen Jahren für Exzellenz in Forschung und Lehre steht. In your application overview you have an overview of the application progress at any time. Additionally, we send you emails about the most important status changes.

Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact your personal Candidate Manager:in from Workwise.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills. In the job search you can use the language filter to find jobs without German language requirements. It is also helpful to provide language certificates.
