Was erwartet Sie?
- Fertigung aller Art von Behältern in Größen bis zu 100 m³ und Wandstärken von 2–10 mm auf Basis von Fertigungszeichnungen, Stücklisten sowie geltenden Normen und Vorschriften.
- Auswertung technischer Unterlagen und Festlegung optimaler Fertigungsabläufe inklusive Auswahl geeigneter Maschinen, Werkzeuge und Prüfmittel.
- Selbstständiges Arbeiten mit allen fertigungstypischen Werkzeugen, Maschinen und Hilfsmitteln.
- Herstellung von Behältern, Apparaten und Anlagen aus Edelstahl, einschließlich der fachgerechten Umsetzung technischer Zeichnungen.
- Entwicklung von Montageplänen, Organisation von Montageprozessen sowie Herstellung von Baugruppen durch das Verbinden einzelner Anlagenteile.
- Montage und Schweißen (WIG) von Bauteilen unter Einhaltung aller Sicherheitsstandards sowie Prüfung auf Maßhaltigkeit, Funktionsfähigkeit und Qualität.
- Erstellung und Bewertung von Prüfprotokollen zur Sicherstellung höchster Qualitätsanforderungen.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Behälter- und Apparatebauer (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Sie verfügen über mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Apparate- und Behälterbau, ein breites technisches Verständnis und hohe Flexibilität
- Sie haben sehr gute WIG-Schweißkenntnisse, Erfahrung in der Edelstahlverarbeitung und sind sicher im Umgang mit Fertigungsmaschinen wie Rundbiegemaschine, Tafelschere, Abkantpresse, Bördelmaschine
- Sie arbeiten außerordentlich genau, haben ein hohes Qualitätsverständnis und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Sie sind teamfähig, belastbar, flexibel und besitzen einen Führerschein der Klasse B, möglichst BE
