Was erwartet dich?
- Du betreust eigenverantwortlich Deinen festen Mandantenstamm und bist die zentrale Ansprechperson für alle buchhalterischen und steuerlichen Anliegen.
- Mithilfe von DATEV erstellst Du die laufende Finanzbuchhaltung für mittelständische Unternehmen und begleitest Deine Mandant:innen aktiv bei der Digitalisierung ihrer Prozesse.
- In enger Zusammenarbeit im Team und mit Deiner/m Mentor:in wirkst Du bei der Vorbereitung und Erstellung von Jahresabschlüssen und betrieblichen Steuererklärungen mit.
- Du übernimmst die sorgfältige Prüfung von Steuerbescheiden und die Kommunikation mit Finanzämtern sowie anderen Behörden.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum/zur Steuerfachangestellten, gerne mit der Zusatzqualifikation Steuerfachwirt:in, Fachassistent:in oder Bilanzbuchhalter:in.
- Du bringst mindestens 3 Jahre Praxiserfahrung als Steuerfachangestellte:r in einer Kanzlei mit.
- Du hast idealerweise DATEV-Kenntnisse, bist IT-affin und bereit, die konsequente Digitalisierung unserer Prozesse mitzugestalten.
- Mit deiner strukturierten, weitsichtigen Arbeitsweise und deiner empathischen Art passt du perfekt in unser engagiertes Team.
- Du kommunizierst fließend auf Deutsch (C1), um unsere Mandant:innen optimal zu betreuen.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
