Was erwartet dich?
- Du entwickelst gemeinsam mit Führungskräften und unter Einsatz von SAP SF, Culture Amp und Greenhouse HR-Strategien, die unsere Unternehmensziele unterstützen und Wachstum fördern
- Du unterstützt Führungskräfte in arbeitsrechtlichen Fragen, HR-Prozessen und Vergütungsfragen, insbesondere in den Verkaufs- und Marketingabteilungen
- Du planst und leitest nationale und internationale HR-Projekte, um Geschäftsergebnisse zu steigern und die Mitarbeitererfahrung zu optimieren
- Du entwickelst Richtlinien und Verfahren rund um Mitarbeiterverhalten, Leistung und Konfliktlösung in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Betriebsrat
- Du entwickelst und pflegst faire, gerechte und wettbewerbsfähige Vergütungsrahmen
- Du setzt auf eine datengetriebene Entscheidungsfindung und übernimmst Verantwortung für Prozesse und Entscheidungen, um die Effizienz und Effektivität der HR-Initiativen voranzutreiben

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast langjährige Berufserfahrung als HR Business Partner (m/w/d) im HR-Bereich eines größeren Unternehmens, idealerweise in einem international agierenden Unternehmen
- Du hast ein betriebswirtschaftliches oder psychologisches Studium bzw. eine vergleichbare Ausbildung abgeschlossen
- Du verfügst über gute Moderations-, Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
- Du bist kunden- und ergebnisorientiert
- Du bist flexibel und arbeitest eigenständig
- Du hast sehr gute Kenntnisse des deutschen Arbeitsrechts, Sozialversicherungs- und Lohnsteuerrechts und Erfahrung mit MS-Office, Google Suite und SAP R/3 HR ist wünschenswert
- Du sprichst Deutsch und Englisch fließend in Wort und Schrift

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
