- Sie planen, koordinieren und leiten eigenverantwortlich Baumaßnahmen im Bestand, einschließlich Instandhaltung und Sanierung

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie sind staatlich geprüfte:r Techniker:in der Fachrichtung Bautechnik oder haben ein abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium im Bauingenieurwesen oder einen vergleichbaren Abschluss
- Sie arbeiten eigenverantwortlich und handeln analytisch sowie lösungsorientiert
- Sie verfügen über mehrjährige, einschlägige Berufserfahrung
- Sie haben sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch in Wort und Schrift (mindestens C1 Niveau)
- Sie besitzen die Führerscheinklasse B (Klasse 3 alt)

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
