Du bearbeitest komplexe 3rd-Level-Tickets und setzt Modern-Workplace-Projekte auf Basis von Microsoft 365 und Intune um. Gleichzeitig arbeitest du in hybriden Kundensystemen und betreust klassische Windows-Server-Umgebungen, die wir nach und nach in die Cloud oder ins Rechenzentrum migrieren. Deine Rolle ist zentral für die technische Qualität, Standardisierung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Services.

Was solltest du mitbringen?

Mehrjährige Erfahrung im 3rd-Level-Support oder als Senior-Systemadministrator*in
Fundierte Kenntnisse in Windows Server, Active Directory, GPOs und Hyper-V
Erfahrung in hybriden Infrastrukturen (On-Premise, virtuelle Maschinen, Azure)
Gute Netzwerkkenntnisse (VLANs, Routing, VPN, WLAN)
Erfahrung mit Firewalls (idealerweise Securepoint) und Ubiquiti/UniFi
Wünschenswert: Know-how in Microsoft 365, Intune, Autopilot, Entra ID
Fähigkeit zur Analyse komplexer Fehlerbilder und Logs
Spaß an Automatisierung, Standardisierung und moderner Cloud-Technologie

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?

Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
