Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die fachliche und disziplinarische Leitung des Agricultural Software Consulting Teams und berichtest direkt an die Geschäftsführung
- Du koordinierst Aufgaben, Prioritäten und Ressourcen, um die Weiterentwicklung unserer Branchenlösung auf Basis von Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central und einer Webapplikation sicherzustellen
- Du unterstützt dein Team bei fachlichen und projektbezogenen Herausforderungen und förderst eine lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Du bist die zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Consulting, interner Softwareentwicklung, weiteren Fachbereichen und externen Partnern
- Du betreust und besuchst eigene internationale Kunden und unterstützt dein Team bei deren Kundenterminen
- Du förderst aktiv die persönliche und fachliche Weiterentwicklung deiner Mitarbeitenden

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium in einem betriebswirtschaftlichen und/oder informatiknahen Studiengang oder mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in vergleichbaren Bereichen
- Du bringst Erfahrung in der Führung von Teams sowie in der Projektleitung und -steuerung mit
- Du bist Software-affin und hast Spaß an Prozessanalyse und Datenstrukturen
- Du hast fundierte Kenntnisse im IT-Consulting, in der Kundenberatung und idealerweise erste Berührungspunkte mit dem Agrarsektor
- Du überzeugst durch Kommunikationsstärke, Führungsqualität, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Begeisterungsfähigkeit
- Du sprichst und schreibst Deutsch und Englisch fließend

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
